replaced side door My side entrance leading into the laundry room has been drafty and the laundry room cold for years. I had used Encore for window replacements 8 years earlier and have been very pleased with their service and product so called Dave re what to do with this side entrance. We agreed to replace this door with one that fits correctly , he did the measurements and had them rechecked by his installers then ordered the door. It was installed last week by Mike & Michael ...they did an amazing job........very efficient and quick...no mess.... an overall great job, and the door looks wonderful. Complete Window Replacement After interviewing and getting 4 quotes to replace all the windows in our townhouse we decided to have Encore complete the work. They were extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. Our quote was not the cheapest nor the highest. We worked with Dave at Encore to replace 7 basement windows that were very old and unsafe with new triple glazed awning units. He helped with getting an energy audit and these will qualify for $2275 in NRCan rebates. The new windows are great quality and the installers were fantastic, attention to detail, quality of install all top notch. Very happy with the result and this was for my daughters first home and feel way more secure with these installed. After seeing the results in the basement we replaced all windows upstairs with a mix of triple glazed casement and fixed pane picture windows.
