• 30 Day Money Back Guarantee For Total Satisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied after installation you can return the windows for a refund equivalent to the value of the windows.* Value of the windows equals the invoiced price from manufacturer excluding taxes.  Customer is responsible for removal and return of Encore windows and for the replacement of new windows within 30 days of original installation.  Refund payable on paid in full invoices.
• 30% Guaranteed Savings of Your Gas Heating Costs: We guarantee you will save at least 30% of your fuel heating costs next winter with our Energy Shield III windows or we will refund you the difference.  Savings and refund is based on gas furnace consumption and on percentage of windows and doors replaced by area. .   Refund payable on paid in full invoices.
• 30 Day On Time Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee to have your windows and doors ready for installation within 30 business days of measuring and finalizing your order plus the additional 10 day cooling off period.  Some special orders may extend 30 days.  Notification will be given prior to order.  We will pay you $20.00 per business day for each day we are late [Monday – Friday, excluding holidays and holiday shutdowns].
